Our Services

Boarding: We offer boarding services for small animals. You can feel free to come and view where your pets will stay.

Dog Walking: Regular dog walks are available. Please notify us before 7am on the day if you need to cancel.

House Visits: We provide house visits for cats and other small animals, ensuring they are well taken care of in your absence.

Prices: Our prices are competitive and reflect the high quality of care we provide for your pets.
Rabbits – £3 per day, 2 rabbits live together £4 per day
Guinea pigs – 1 or 2 £2.50 per day, 3 live together £3 per day
Reptiles – £2.50 per day £4 a day if light and heat is needed
Hamsters, birds, rats, or any other small animal £2 per day per cage

If medication on a pet is required there is a small extra charge. In summary:- Any keys we hold will not have your address on.
The only time in the year we charge double is Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. Apart from any late visits say after 10pm when charges can change.We work evenings as well, so if you need a visit for eg 10pm at night we can normally arrange this.

Terms and conditions

Data protection. All keys are kept with the customers name or dogs/cats etc name on.no address. any forms the customer fills in is kept in a secure place till you no longer need our services.all other terms and conditions are under the service you need If you need to pay in advance. For eg it is a big booking and you pay an agreed amount per week/month if you cancal no refund is given

IMPORTANT

If we do visits to your dog while you are away. If they have a dog flap a min of 2 visits is required if you don't have a dog flap a min of 3 visits is required. If we for eg only do 1 visit we have to get you to sign a disclaimer to say that someone else is coming in. The recomendation is no more than 6 hrs between visits.

IMPORTANT DOG WALKING INVOICES

On some invoices especially 5 day a week dog walks people might cancel and it gets missed and its still on the invoice. If this happens it is a mistake as long as you tell us withing 5 days of the last date we can amend this.as all dog walking invoices are done at start of month and amended as we go along
